MAKATI CITY – Filipino entrepreneurs and shoppers who are on-the-go can now enjoy a new social mobile marketplace application–Shopee.
Launched in the Philippines on December 11 at Makati Shangri-La Manila A room, the Southeast Asia’s newest smart and secure shopping app features a user-friendly features that do not only give a shopper a 30-second by and less deals, but ensure a fast and fun selling experience.
One of its features is a Live Chat function enabling customers to communicate directly with merchants, providing faster transaction.
Tools like the Seller Assistant facilitates an easy inventory, financial transactions and product delivery for entrepreneurs who are just starting with online business and lack the know-how. Another feature is the Shopee Guarantee, which refunds the buyer’s payment if the merchant is not able to deliver its promise.
Since its launch in Singapore in June 2015, Shopee has acquired several million active users in the country, as well as in Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Thailand and now, the Philippines.
