MANILA — TeamAsia founder and president Monette Iturralde-Hamlin will lead an effective business writing seminar on June 24. A popular seminar facilitator, Iturralde-Hamlin delivers workshops on topics such as effective presentation skills and handling difficult people, among others.

The seminar, “Communicating with Impact: Effective Business Writing,” prepares management teams to achieve organized and concise writing in email correspondence, complaint response, letters and memos. The full-day session helps executives and management teams brush up on grammar and style with easy-to-grasp exercises, on-the-spot mentoring, and group discussions that identify and address writing challenges.

“Effective communication is the most critical ingredient to business efficiency and success. One must learn how to communicate ideas and win over audience through the use of written words,” said Iturralde-Hamlin.

According to Monette, effective writing is dependent on one’s choice of words and tonality. “Business writing requires a conversational and professional use of words. You must be able to deliver your message in the most concise way possible because most of your readers have little time to read a very long business correspondence.”

Delivering a range of public and in-house workshops and seminars, TeamAsia focuses on leveraging practical tools and insights that will enable today’s professionals to attain immediate desired results. TeamAsia’s training programs aim to provide meaningful change to organizations, and how they build relationships with internal members as well as customers.

This workshop will be held at the TeamAsia Training Room located in Northgate Cyberzone, Filinvest Corporate City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. For registration and inquiries, please contact Darwin Santiago at telephone number (02) 757-3500 local 332, or via email at dfsantiago@teamasia.com.
