MANILA – Get your tissues ready as Nestle powdered milk brand Nido shows that a mom’s love can only intensify with age un this tear-jerking spot

At first glance, the grandma starring in the Mother’s day-themed TVC seems to look and even sound as grouchy as they come. She will be doing nanny duties for her daughter who’s off to a party with her husband. 

For the rest of the day, she’ll be looking after her grand daughter, Ines, who is proving to be a handful in all sorts of situations – from eating, time at the playground and even in choosing what to wear.

Ines’ parents came home just in time to calm her in a middle of a tantrum. The daughter apologized in behalf of her energetic kid, which grandma calmly declined – revealing the other heartwarming half of what seems to be a frustrating day with Ines.

At the end, the grandma tore at audiences’ hearstrings: “I think she is a great kid. She’s just like you.”
