MANILA – The first-ever Native Advertising Awards has released its shortlist of entries from agencies all over the world. From the Philippines, only The Huddle Room made it, with two shortlisted pieces of work. Namely, National Bookstore “Back to School Resolutions” for Best Use of Print Media, and Belo Baby “Word of Mom” for Best Integrated Program.
The Native Advertising Awards are presented by the Native Advertising Institute, which recognizes the best native advertising worldwide. It is the largest international award program dedicated to native advertising. The award-giving body has 29 categories, with organization, strategy, channels, and formats as key themes.
“We at Belo are so proud of this recognition for our Belo Baby campaign. The strong working relationship we have with The Huddle Room has resulted in breakthrough consumer engagement for our Belo brands. We congratulate the agency, and we’re looking forward to more wins as we continue to work closer as a team,” said Cristalle Belo Henares-Pitt, Managing Director of Intelligent Skin Care, Inc.
Ms. Xandra Ramos Padilla, Managing Director of National Book Store, also recognized the agency’s contributions to her brand saying, “We appreciate The Huddle Room for continuously challenging conventional activations by augmenting our brand campaigns with innovative brand engagements across different media.”
The Huddle Room Chairman, Dimples Cruz, is proud of the three-year-old agency’s achievement. “This is a testament to our relentless passion for innovating how our brands connect with their consumers, even with the elusive millennials.”
