MANILA – Recently launching a nationwide search for the toughest Pinoy with a reality series called R U Tough Enough (RUTE), action channel KIX celebrated the series’ host, Daniel Matsunaga, by showing off his feats of strength. Along with strongman Moises Torcator, the fit Brazilian-Japanese star pulled a truck loaded with 18 ladies to challenge the rest of the country to come forward and show their stuff.
Interested participants can sign up for RUTE at www.kix-tv.com/tough. “Tough Troopers” will be in search of tough Filipinos and Filipinas aged 18 years and above to take part in a series of auditions on August 16. Ten finalists will be chosen and will compete in a showdown that will culminate at SM Megamall on September 5, 2015. Testing the participants physically and mentally to their breaking point, the sole winner will walk away with the grand prize of Php250,000.
So if you’re in great shape and think you can tackle any challenge thrown your way, this is your chance to shine as the toughest Pinoy or Pinay the country has ever seen.
