MANILA – Twitter kicks off its first #GoLive agency bootcamp in Philippines today as part of its outreach to marketing and advertising agencies here. The new series of #GoLive agency bootcamps is part of a wider agency education program across Asia that also offers new deep dive courses added to the Twitter Flight School programme. These initiatives aim to empower agencies and the brands they work with to capitalise on live moments and video innovation through the platform.
“The digital space moves at lightning speed and change is the only constant. Agencies know of Twitter, but not many know how best to leverage our latest tools in a way that adds value for their clients. To help increase the understanding of our platform as the industry evolves, we are working to engage more with marketers around the world so that they and their clients can use Twitter more effectively to reach and engage their target customers,” says Simon Brockman, Head of Agency Development, APAC & MENA, Twitter.
New modules available to agencies and brand marketers globally
The new deep dive modules focused on how marketers can leverage premium content advertising from top broadcasters, sports leagues, and content creators with Twitter Amplify, scale optimisation with Twitter Ads, and maximise TV campaign results with Twitter integration. Upcoming modules include the latest Video on Twitter and direct response features, which are key drivers of engagement for advertisers on Twitter.
Twitter Flight School serves as the go-to resource for agencies and brand marketers to stay on top of the latest innovations on the platform and ideas to maximise campaign results. More than 7,900 representatives from brands and agencies in the region has registered for Twitter Flight School since it started.
Twitter kicks off #GoLive agency bootcamps in Asia
Twitter kicked off a series of #GoLive agency bootcamps across Asia, with the one in the Philippines starting this week. These bootcamps are intensive training programs that will bring together Twitter experts from research, product, and brand strategy to facilitate the sharing of best practices. Aside from the Philippines, more than 20 training sessions were held with the agencies across India, Indonesia, and Singapore between the August and September period.
“Digital is developing at a rapid speed and we want to maximise this moment for our clients in real-time. The #GoLive training sessions and Flight School from Twitter ensure that we are topping the digital game, aligned to the needs of our teams, while helping us elevate as a Group,” said Gregory Fortune, Head of Trading, Southeast Asia, Publicis Groupe.
