MANILA – There are four new promotions in Dentsu Jayme Syfu:

Julia Pronstroller-Gallardo, Business Unit Director, Dentsu Jayme Syfu/DIGIT

Julia first joined the Jayme Syfu group in 2010 as Account Director for the agency’s biggest client, Smart Communications. She left after a few years and rejoined the group in 2014 as part of the original team to form the group’s digital arm, Digit, as Group Account Director.

Julia is an amazing example of someone who didn’t just cross over from doing ATL, but really took digital by the horns and made it her own. Julia is the future of what we believe Accounts people should be in advertising. Someone with solid expertise in both digital and ATL. Someone who can flow effortlessly in between both media — a perfect evolution of the traditional Accounts person.

A hard-working, no-nonsense suit, she still makes sure she is seen as a patient mentor to her team, and a hands-on valuable partner of her clients.

In the more than two years that Julia was heading the accounts team of Digit, the group experienced tremendous growth, both in portfolio spread and revenue. Her dedication, passion, and leadership paved the way to her promotion as the agency’s Business Unit Director.

Without any doubt, she will continue to steer Digit / Dentsu Jayme Syfu to remain as one of the most sought-after digital agencies in the Philippines.

Fin Neric-Tumusok, Group Account Director

Graduating Cum Laude, Bachelor of Arts in Communication Art in UST, Fin joined the Jayme Syfu group, which was then on it’s second year. She’s been with the family from a fresh grad to young mom.

She came at a time that the agency was just starting to grow which gave her the opportunity to handle different accounts across categories.

Her determination to grow with the agency has earned her management’s trust to lead successful new business pitches and brand launch campaigns. Her belief in the agency’s passion on creativity and effectiveness is proven by awards under her account stewardship.

This home-grown talent has been to local and international training workshops and has been privileged to be a judge and resource speaker in AdSpeak events.

Fin’s promotion to Group Account Director will be once again instrumental in making sure Dentsu Jayme Syfu remains competitive as ever.

Gabbie Santiago, Group Account Director

This is in recognition of Gabble’s tireless efforts in managing her brands as well as pushing excellent creative work for the agency’s different advocacies. She has actively worked closely with her creative teams in most of the agency’s award-winning campaigns for Gabriela and Smart.

In the past few years, Gabby has proven she can independently handle clients of varying cultures despite being “challenged” in terms of manpower support.

Prior to joining the agency, Gabby graduated with a Business Administration degree from the Business School of Lausanne in Switzerland. She had a stint in EDSA Shangri-La Hotel and had small businesses. She eventually joined advertising agency Jayme Syfu in 2011.

Gabbie is a rare example of an account person who truly supports award-winning ideas.

Lieza Punsalan, Group Account Director

For the past five years, Lieza has handled a diverse set of clients for the agency. In her first year, she survived launching several projects all at the same time, from Smart to Google.

Her eventual transition to handle Unilever accounts has turned Lieza into a new breed of a digital account person. She was part of Breeze’s most successful campaign. Despite the very challenging project, she was able to single-handedly deliver the demands of the creative team as well as the client.

Before joining the Jayme Syfu group in 2011, Lieza graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor degree in Communications with Majors in Advertising and Public Relations at Assumption College and worked as an Account Manager at Publicis Manila.

As we all embrace the future, Lieza promises to be the best person to have managed the transition from traditional media to the world of digital.
