BBDO Asia’s Creative Council selects its top 9 contending works for Cannes Lions 2023

SINGAPORE — Creative network BBDO Asia has announced the top nine works submitted for this year’s Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, as chosen by the esteemed Creative Council members across Asia. Comprising 12 influential creatives from the region, the BBDO Asia Creative Council provides guidance, mentorship, and expertise to ensure the delivery of outstanding work for our clients.

The council, consisting of Josy Paul (Creative Chairman and CCO of BBDO India), Hemant Shringy (CCO of BBDO India, Mumbai), Gavin Simpson (ECD of BBDO Guerrero), Kevin Jin (CCO of BBDO Shanghai), Arthur Tsang (CCO of BBDO Greater China), Nicole Ma (CCO of BBDO China), David Guerrero (Chairman & CCO of BBDO Guerrero), Krishna Mani (CCO of BBDO India Gurgaon), Thasorn Boonyanate (CCO of BBDO Bangkok), GuanHin Tay (Creative Chairman of BBDO Singapore), Kohei Matsui (ECD of I&S BBDO), and Masaki Honda (ECD of BBDO Japan), convenes weekly to review the region’s creative output, offer advice on enhancing work for awards entries, and discuss common creative challenges faced across the markets we operate in.

Out of the 30 outstanding submissions from BBDO Asia, the Creative Council members have identified their top picks for Cannes 2023, showcasing the exceptional talent and ingenuity within the network. The selected works span various categories, demonstrating its commitment to delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences across various sectors.
