ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA – Independent brand creative agency Fuller has continued its wave of investment in top tier talent with three high-impact appointments across creative leadership and client account service to drive growth and solidify its position as a creative and strategic force in the market. With an eye on national expansion and creative excellence, the agency welcomes Niccola Phillips as Creative Director, alongside Account Directors Maeve Hughes and Nadia Rossi.

The new appointments come hot on the heels of Kate Fuller’s recent promotion to Managing Director, Sydney, as the Adelaide-founded agency continues its east coast growth trajectory.

Niccola Phillips steps in as Creative Director, bringing a formidable track record of creative leadership, brand building, and innovation. With 12 years at M&C Saatchi as Head of Art and CD, she’s shaped campaigns for household names like Commonwealth Bank and Woolworths Group, as well as global brands like Mastercard, AMEX, Toyota, Audi, and Volkswagen.

Maeve Hughes returns from a five-year stint in New York, where she spearheaded high-impact campaigns, experiential activations, and brand sponsorships for L’Oréal Paris at McCann and led pharmaceutical marketing strategies at FCB Health.

Nadia Rossi, an experienced agency operator, has worked across global brands, including IKEA at Host Havas and Samsung at CHEP. Her client service expertise strengthens Fuller’s ability to deliver integrated, high-performing campaigns.

The strengthening of Fuller’s team follows a successful 2024 that saw the agency work on major national projects including a new global brand for Wine Australia, a national campaign for South Australian Tourism Commission, rebrands for AFL team the Adelaide Crows, Adelaide University and the country’s largest commercial cleaning company, BIC Consolidated. Fuller also worked with national and international tourism operators, including The Ghan (Journey Beyond), Tropica Island Resort Fiji and Kangaroo Island.
