GO Communications ties up with NGP IMC Philippines

MANILA, AUGUST 21, 2013 – Go Communications has formed a partnership with NGP Integrated Marketing Communications, expanding a blueprint strategy to build Asia’s largest independent PR network.

GO Communications chief executive officer Michael de Kretser said that the Philippines is one of the "tiger cub” economies of ASEAN and they have found a partner with the same vision to provide solutions for their clients. The country is in the centre of economic growth with Growth Domestic Product (GDP) averaging 8% as the highest in Asia.

The partnership in the region includes Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Philippines as the latest expansion. “We select our partners in each country that have the same DNA, leadership qualities to grow and understand the dynamics of the country. Each country retains its culture, independence and proven methods of operating,” added Kretser.

According to NGP managing director Nancy Pascual, the agreement grants the agency access to GO Communications’ extensive knowledge of the Malaysian and Asian business environment.

“We now have the opportunity to tap into the GO Group’s client base, expertise and creativity. In addition Malaysian companies are starting to establish offices in the Philippines and tourists from Malaysia are the second highest from ASEAN countries,” added Pascual.

GO Group is built with a staff of over 350 with more than 250 clients. Within the next few months the PR network will
finalize  partnerships in India and Laos.
