MUMBAI, INDIA — Wunderman Thompson has had a triumphant start to 2021 and has ended the first quarter of the year on a winning spree.  This year also marks the two-year anniversary for Wunderman Thompson, and the agency continues its growth momentum well into the year. The agency’s expert capabilities across creative, strategic consultancy, commerce and data-driven experience design have been recognized through a slew of global awards and accreditation, coupled with winning over 150 new businesses such as the creative AOR duties for the Dubai Department of Tourism & Commerce, Salesforce, J&J and Amazon to name a few.

The agency won a total of 20 Clio awards at the 2021 festival that includes 2 Gold, 6 Silver, and 12 Bronze. At Asia’s most celebrated regional creative festival – AdFest 2021, Wunderman Thompson Bangkok was named ‘Agency of the Year’ and ‘Digital Agency of the Year’ for their work on Thai Airways ‘Stay Home Miles Exchange’. The work won a number of awards, including the Direct Lotus Grande, and Thai Airways were named ‘Advertiser of the Year’. At the Dubai Lynx Awards, one of the world’s premier benchmarks for creativity, Wunderman Thompson’s MENA team picked up three Grand Prix, six gold, six silver and 11 bronze awards. At Spikes Asia 2021, Wunderman Thompson APAC bagged 2 Grand Prix, 2 Gold, 2 Silver and 10 Bronze awards, with Wunderman Thompson Thailand named the Thailand Country Agency of the Year. Closer home, Wunderman Thompson India was awarded gold as the ‘Digital Agency of the Year’ at the 11th edition of the Internet and Mobile Association of India’s (IAMAI) India Digital Awards.
