The mandate cements the six-year-old ongoing relationship between WIPRO and EC which has witnessed positive business results year on year.
Over these six years, EC has been in-charge of Wipro’s content development, creative designing, conceptualization, design, and development of branded content, including videos, and website & mobile application development, associated application solutions, technology infrastructure, and support, and maintenance services of application platforms and destination sites. EC has successfully delivered performance and quality that has propelled Wipro towards the top of its leadership game in the industry.

Experience Commerce also built and launched Wipro Lighting Smart Portfolio Brand Commerce Online using the mix of content and keyword optimization for driving conversions. The EC team built a robust keyword list by leveraging AI automation for understanding the keywords that the target consumers were searching for and also added content fuel to the keyword fire that made consumers make the final purchase decision. This resulted in 11 times more ROI for WIPRO, 9% of Average Cost overspends (ACOS), and over 2.7 Million impressions were achieved among the target consumers.
