People: OMG promotes Chloe Neo to Chief Operating Officer for Singapore

SINGAPORE – Omnicom Media Group (OMG) today announced the promotion of Chloe Neo, Managing Director of OMD Singapore, to the role of Chief Operating Officer of OMG Singapore. This elevation is a testament to Chloe’s stellar track record as a leader and underscores the company’s commitment in nurturing talent by promoting from within its ranks.

An industry veteran with over two decades of experience, Chloe has been with OMG for the past 12 years. Under her leadership, OMD Singapore has built a balanced and diversified client portfolio across global, regional and local businesses. In addition, Chloe has also played a pivotal role in operationalising a well-hedged commercial model that leverages OMD’s clout to unlock new growth streams for clients, as well as led the agency to win numerous global and local industry accolades.

In her new role, Chloe and Chan Ching Yi, CFO at OMG Singapore, will jointly steer the business and its operations. Joining the both of them in a bolstered and refreshed leadership team responsible for driving growth and stability for OMG Singapore are:

  • Anita Yeong, Commercial Director
  • Peter Angelis, Head of Platforms and Capabilities
  • Sabrina Ng, Talent and People Operations Director

An avid advocate for talent development, Chloe has been actively raising the bar in the advertising and marketing communications sector to champion industry conversations and initiatives with government and industry groups. Just last month, Chloe was appointed the first vice president for the Association of Advertising & Marketing Singapore for 2020. She has also previously served in senior capacities at the 4As in Singapore, first as its Chair for Industry Talent Development from 2017 to 2019 and President from 2018 to April 2020.

Chloe will report into Tony Harradine and will officially assume her new role immediately.
