MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Mission 2, a new content studio from the minds behind Elevation, is ready to reach new heights by breaking away from the usual content creation mold and providing more innovative solutions for its roster of clients.
Heading the team are two seasoned creative managers, Miguel Gutierrez and Trixie Esguerra-Bugia. Miguel is the head of production, tasked to oversee a talented crew of film directors, photographers, and production managers. Armed with over 10 years of experience in photo and video content production, he has played a key role working on advertising campaigns with Globe Telecom, AXA Philippines, Viber, Unionbank, Adidas, and PLDT Enterprise. Joining him in the fold is Trixie as head of marketing. She brings with her over 12 years of experience in digital PR, social media marketing, influencer marketing, podcast production, and talent management. She has done notable campaigns for several brand giants such as Jollibee, PAL, Shopee, Maya, and PLDT, and produced one of the first Spotify Originals in the Philippines.
Together they lead a team of creatives of different types of expertise that, in the words of Co-founder and General Manager Kim Marvilla-Abrigo, “is a beautiful exercise in creative fusion. Miguel’s experience building an advertising production house coupled with Trixie’s strong background in PR, content, and talent marketing places Mission 2 in very good hands. As the frontrunners, I am fully confident in their stewardship of the team towards creating quality, progressive content for brands.” CEO and co-founder Martin de Guzman is proud of this development saying, “The way we consume media is in constant evolution and with what was going on in the world especially after the start of the pandemic in 2020 it made much sense to bring both content production and an entertainment marketing group together. It gives us an edge bringing together a group of people that are just passionate about creating quality, engaging content.”
Even in its relative infancy, Mission 2 has already taken on projects with industry stalwarts like CBTL, Globe Telecom, NBA, Heineken, Converge, Miele, Lazada, Jewelmer, Viber, PLDT, AIA Philippines, and Oppo. Most recently, it successfully won upcoming projects from Adidas and Viu.
Closing one exciting project after the other, Miguel says the ultimate goal is to become a one-stop shop for content creation and beyond. “Creating content is one thing, but ensuring reach and effectiveness is what’s going to make sure we add value to our partners and not just add more noise,” he added.
In agreement with Miguel, Trixie explained how this is made even better with a fusion of minds, saying: “Working closely with a production team makes it easier for us to translate the needs of our clients. It allows us to provide new and innovative products, and ensure top quality output from the team.”
By leveraging the latest insights in social media, digital channels, and engagement, the studio aims to strengthen the team’s creativity and natural curiosity in all aspects of production.
Mission 2 is in pole position to break barriers in the content creation industry with the two experts at the helm seeing the team of to exciting new heights with every new project.
