MANILA, PHILIPPINES — To celebrate the screening of Barbie The Movie, Spotify is getting a pink makeover starting with a Living in a Barbie World destination and a refresh of the exclusive Barbie Official Playlist.
The Barbie Official Playlist features new tracks including Dua Lipa “Dance The Night,” Billie Eilish “What Was I Made For” and Nicki Minaj, Ice Spice “ Barbie World (with Aqua).”
Across mobile, listeners will enjoy an easter egg that transforms the progress bar into BARBIE pink as fans listen to the official playlist.
The platform reports more than 620,000 Barbie-related user-generated playlists including top songs “Barbie Girl” by Aqua, “Toxic” by Britney Spears, “Wannabe” by Spice Girls.
Fans can also enjoy snippets of the movie on select tracks through Spotify Canvas, providing an immersive experience.
BARBIE is now showing in theaters nationwide.
