MANILA – In the spirit of the national elections, Starbucks Philippines is offering your second macchiato for free by playing your part as a Filipino and fulfilling your civic duty on May 9.
In a photo posted on their official Facebook page, Starbucks announced the Buy One, Get One promo on either of the Chocolate Hazelnut Macchiato or Roasted Caramel Macchiato on May 9 from 7am to 5pm by simply showing your finger stained with indelible ink.
This promo is available in all Starbucks stores in the Philippines that are open on the election day. In a follow up response to a follower in the comments section, Starbucks Philippines will be posting a list of stories that will be open on that day as some may be closed for the occasion.
Due to some confusion, Starbucks Philippines has also repeatedly clarified in the comments section that they are not giving away a free drink for every voter but instead, a Buy One, Get One Promo on the featured macchiato drinks.
The offer is not valid on hot, iced and blended variants other than the Chocolate Hazelnut Macchiatto or Roasted Caramel Macchiato.
