Grey Group India hires Dheeraj Sinha as planning consultant

ASIA-PACIFIC – MUMBAI, INDIA, AUGUST 13, 2012: Grey Group India appointed Dheeraj Sinha as consultant to head  planning for its operations in South India and South East Asia.
 
Sinha brings with him over 14 years of experience in brand identity and communications, working on the brand strategy for several multinational and Indian brands – Fiat, Virgin Mobile, MasterCard, LG, Reckitt Benckiser, TVS
 
Motorcycles, Max Bupa, Marico, Dabur, and Cavin Kare to name a few. Prior to joining Grey, he was with Bates India, where he was regional planning director for Asia. Sinha has also held stints with some of India’s biggest agencies such as McCann Erickson and EURO RSCG.
 
An industry veteran, Sinha possesses a wealth of knowledge when it comes to understanding Indian consumer, youth marketing, technology adoption, brand extensions as well as business opportunity mapping. He has twice been named winner of the prestigious WPP Atticus Awards that recognises best published thinking. He has also been the recipient of several effectiveness awards, including the Jay Chiat Planning Award by the 4A’s and the Asian Marketing Effectiveness Award. He has also picked up awards at EFFIES India consecutively for the past five years.
