This evolution follows the appointment of Tom Dodd as Chief Strategy Officer and reaffirms the agency’s commitment to driving transformative growth for its clients.
Ali Coysh steps into the role of National Head of Strategy, following his tenure as Sydney’s Head of Strategy. Clare Graham joins as Sydney Strategy Director, infusing the team with a dynamic, creative mindset. Meanwhile, Tom Davies takes on an expanded role as Sydney Head of Strategy & Product, further strengthening Initiative’s innovative edge. In Melbourne, Tate Nalen comes aboard as Strategy Director, bringing experience from Mutinex and Thinkerbell, while Charles Dangibeaud continues to lead as Perth’s Head of Strategy.
