SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE — Jai Arya joins Interpublic Group agency as Golin‘s new Director for People and Culture Asia-Pacific.
Joining from social media platform TikTok, where he held the role of HR Business Partner Leader, Arya is a transformative driver with over 15 years of experience in high-tech, advertising, and marketing industries. Prior to TikTok, Arya’s track record includes leadership roles at Havas Group and Wunderman.
In his new role, Arya is based out of Singapore, with oversight of APAC HR Market Leads – creating purposeful impact for employees across Golin’s agency brands and further empowering people across the region through innovative programs. His appointment follows Golin winning PRovoke Media’s Best Large Agency To Work For 2023, and Digital Consultancy of the Year 2024, for AsiaPacific. Arya reports into both Golin’s Global Head of Human Resource Tiffiny Bolden, and Golin’s Asia Pacific President Darren Burns.
