APAC Tambuli Awards names Jollibee’s David Cruse Beal as grand executive jury president for 2025

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — The Asia Pacific Tambuli Awards reveals its 2025 Grand Executive Jury President — Jollibee Group Global Chief Marketing Officer David Cruse Beal. As president of the Grand Executive Jury, David will oversee the selection of Grand Prix and Platinum award winners for both the Brand Purpose and Corporate Purpose categories.

Now more than ever, it’s critical to honor those who create meaningful impact while driving success,” David commented on the Tambuli Awards.

At Jollibee, David leads the exceptional performance of 18 brands across 34 markets, including global brands like Jollibee, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and Smashburger. Through his thrust on agility, innovation, engagement, and accountability, Mr. Beal nurtures a strong corporate culture that led the Jollibee Foods Corporation to be named among the World’s Best Employers by Forbes in 2023. Through his leadership, Jollibee Group has delivered some of its strongest ever performances over the last couple of years.

David has been recognized globally for his efforts, being named in Campaign Magazine’s 2024 Asia-Pacific Power List. He also champions the flourishing of the arts as a Board Member of the Allied Arts Foundation, and devotes his time to mentoring young marketing professionals in his organization and high-potential undergraduates as a volunteer mentor for the MarkProf Class of 2023.

Prior to his role at Jollibee, David spent 11 years at key positions globally for Starbucks, designing and implementing innovative digital programs and international support models. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University and a Master of Science (Honors) in International Strategy and Economics from the University of St. Andrews.
