Creative Guild of the Philippines launches logo design competition

THE PHILIPPINES, AUGUST 2, 2012: Imagine if a logo you created could be seen in every Cannes-worthy poster made. This is made possible as the Creative Guild of the Philippines is calling for creative types to submit logo ideas.
When making the logo, it’s important to keep in mind what the Creative Guild stands for: “Championing creativity in advertising and marketing.” This competition is open for entrants who may or may not be employed with ad agencies. Another thing to keep in mind is that the design must be an original piece of work. Meaning, it must not resemble famous swooshes, apples, mermaids, or golden arches, etc. Also, the logo must be a scalable vector graphic in EPS format.
Entries must be emailed to creativelogo2012@gmail.com by August 3, no later than 11:59pm. Each participant can submit up to three logos, with one email for each entry. The prize is prestige, a night of pats-on-the-back,  and free tuition to Raw School 2012.
