Makati – BBDO Guerrero | Proximity Philippines promoted Brandie Tan and Tin Sanchez to the position of joint Executive Creative Directors.
Tan and Sanchez, the team responsible for the Agency’s “Lola Techie” campaign for Bayan Telecommunications, takes over the creative leadership from Simon Welsh who returns to England this June.
Tan and Sanchez joined BBDO Guerrero | Proximity Philippines in 2008 as head of Art and head of Copy. Prior to joining the agency, the pair were joint executive creative directors of Lowe Vietnam. During their JWT days, they won the Philippines’ first and only Cannes Gold Lion, as well as the Kidlat Radio Ad of the Decade, for their Lotus Spa ad.
Last month, Sanchez returned from a posting at Proximity Worldwide in London as part of the creative leadership transition plan.

Concurrently, the agency hired Paul Anderson as creative director and head of Art. A native of South Africa, he joins the Manila office from BBH Asia Pacific in Singapore and Shanghai. Paul is well known for his work on Nike, and his recent print work for Durex was voted in the top 10 best ads in Media Magazine.
Guerrero said, "Paul is also a perfect complement to our team, bringing with him experience from some of the world’s most highly recognized creative agencies where, amongst a huge and impressive body of work, he has garnered significant recognition including a Gold Lion at Cannes.”
