PHILIPPINES, NOVEMBER 2010 – Director Jolly Feliciano has signed up with production outfit Unitel as in-house director.
Feliciano started directing in early 200. His ï¬rst TV spot won him the Creative Guild’s Ad of the Month. A versatile director and natural storyteller, he is adept at handling a wide range of commercials including lifestyle, food, kids, and personal care, also excelling in humorous stories.
Through the years, he has won a number of local and international awards. He won the Silver Award for Best Direction in the 2004 Philippine Ad Congress for his spot "Goli" (also titled as "Carinderia Girls") for Ligo Carne Norte, which was also a finalist in the New York Festivals. It was his second Araw Silver for the same brand. In the same year, his spot “Kitano” for the Cinemanila Film Festival won a Silver award in the prestigious Asia Paciï¬c Advertising Festival (AdFest).
Now on his ninth year working as a commercial director, he has directed over a hundred TVCs both locally and abroad. Outside Manila, he has shot commercials in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam.
His list of clients include Philippine and multinational companies such as Unilever, Nestlé, Proctor and Gamble, Colgate Palmolive, Del Monte, Mead Johnson, Wyeth, Kimberly-Clark, San Miguel Corporation, Globe Telecom, Ayala Land, Pedigree, and McDonalds. His most recent work includes spots for Colgate, Promill, Lactum, Metrobank, and Colt 45.
