Jim Guzman joins Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) as Head of Social starting October 2, 2017. His tasks is to put social in the DNA of all the DAN PH brands. Reporting to Donald Lim, CEO of DAN PH, Jim’s role is to streamline all the social media capabilities of the network so there will be a center of expertise for the practice.

“We are set to take social in new unprecedented heights. Expect new capabilities and offerings to be rolled out in the coming months. I am very excited to work with all the creative and talented men and women behind the success of DAN PH, and with Donald, my mentor since I started my career in digital marketing,” he declares.

For Jim there’s no place like home.  And for a digital/social media practitioner like Jim, the Philippines will always be the best place to play, since the country has the best and the most engaged audience online. His challenge at the onset is how to up the game as companies take it seriously more than ever. Gone were the infancy days of social, everyone’s now striving to achieve a certain level of maturity so they can link it with business. And that indeed is the vision for social in DAN – to offer it as a business solution, not just doing it for the sake of doing it.
