SHANGHAI – The EON Group joined the roster of recipients of the International Innovation Award 2017 organized by Enterprise Asia, the leading non-governmental organization promoting entrepreneurship and innovation across Asia. The EON Group is the first and only communications firm to be awarded by Enterprise Asia for its Organization and Culture of Innovation.
Apart from the International Innovation Award, The EON Group also received an InnoMark Certification. This international certification of innovation excellence recognizes innovative products, designs and organizations all over the world.
The EON Group’s Head of Corporate Development Kai Jimenez and Chief Innovation Officer Mori Rodriguez received Enterprise Asia’s International Innovation Award for Organization and Culture during the awarding ceremony last 01 December 2017 in Shanghai, China.
The EON Group was recognized for institutionalizing its core value of innovation through the formation of the Innovation Cluster, a multidisciplinary team that supports the service delivery all business units in the organization. EON’s Innovation Cluster is behind the company’s key thought leadership initiatives, including the Philippine Trust Index, as well as its learning and development programs, and creative and business development endeavors. All these have helped the formerly purely PR agency transition into a fully integrated communications consultancy.

Enterprise Asia’s International Innovation Awards recognize innovative services, solutions, and organizations in the region, with the goal of promoting investing in innovative processes. The awarding ceremony was held last 01 December 2017 at Hyatt on the Bund in Shanghai, China. The award was received by EON’s Chief Innovation Officer, Mori Rodriguez, and Head of Corporate Development, Kai Jimenez.
