Leo Burnett Group Manila promotes Joy Santos as Chief Strategy Officer

MANILA – Leo Burnett Manila Group today announced the promotion of Joy Santos as Chief Strategy Officer.    

In her new role, she will oversee the Strategic Planning, across multiple disciplines, of all the brands handled by the Leo Group–comprised of Leo Burnett, Arc Worldwide, and Blackpencil.

Santos joined Leo Burnett Manila in 2005 as Planning Director, and transformed the agency’s planning unit into a key revenue stream by leading brand and communication initiatives for clients like McDonald’s and Philip Morris.  Her strategic business leadership and deep expertise across a full array of research, insights-mining and planning functions have helped lead the agency to win key accounts that include Cebu Pacific, Pfizer, and Universal Robina, among others.
