MANILA – Leo Burnett Manila has announced the promotion of Donny Dingcong to Deputy General Manager.
In his previous role as AVP-Account Management Director, Donny Dingcong led the business units for McDonald’s and Pfizer. Dingcong has spent more than 17 years building brands across multiple categories such as telecommunications, healthcare, haircare, laundry, confectionery, real estate, and QSRs, among others.
Raymond Arrastia, concurrently the Chief Executive Officer of Publicis One Philippines and Managing Director of Leo Burnett Manila said, “Donny’s leadership has been instrumental in not only raising the agency’s creative profile, but more importantly delivering business results for our clients. I look forward to seeing Donny having the same level of passion and proactive attitude in his new role.”
On his promotion, Donny said, “With this expanded role, I am excited to lead the agency teams in continuously focusing on people and behavior, as we provide an integrated approach in growing our clients’ businesses. Donny has also led the team that brought to life effective and award-winning works for the agency. Pfizer’s (Centrum Silver) “Forever Young” was recognized by the 4As-Agency of the Year Award-giving body, as part of the case which won Leo Burnett the Best in Market Performance award. And McDonald’s “Beat the Mayweather”, “McTollbooth” and “Lucky Drive” were highly recognized in international award shows such as the Asian AdFest, World’s Best Advertising Marketing Effectiveness Awards (AME) in New York.
