SAS appoints Ryan Guadalquiver as new PH Country Manager

MANILA – SAS, the leader in analytics software and services, has appointed a new country manager for the Philippines, Ryan Guadalquiver, who assumes his new position effective January 1, 2018.

Leveraging on the depth of his expertise in the technology industry and experience handling directorship positions in leading enterprise technology firms, Guadalquiver will now be responsible for managing SAS business activities in-country, encompassing sales growth, customer satisfaction, and partner development.

Guadalquiver will report to SAS Vice President for ASEAN Andy Zook.

Guadalquiver has more than 20 years of experience leading some of the biggest global technology companies both at the regional and country level. Prior to his appointment, he was the Regional Sales Director & General Manager for Global Industries, Strategic Alliances, Indirect Sales for South East Asia, Taiwan and Hong Kong for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). Prior to that, he led HP Philippines to become the fastest growing subsidiary in 2016. He also worked as Managing Director for Oracle and handled key leadership positions in various large organizations including LogicaCMG, SchlumbergerSema, Globe Telecom, and Abbott Laboratories. Guadalquiver is an alumnus of Asian Institute of Management (AIM) where he completed his Master’s Degree. He is a graduate in Accounting from De La Salle University and he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
