The creative mind behind Apple’s iconic ads, Lee Clow steps down as chief creative officer of TBWA/Media Arts Lab.
Clow is well-remembered for the one-shot 1984 Superbowl ad, the grooving iPod silhouettes, and the Mac vs. PC series (remember the sneezing, virus edition?), and the “Think Different” series featuring iconic leaders throughout history. He created the Media Arts Lab annex to TBWA in 2006 to service Apple.
Other than the Apple ads, Clow’s work includes the Energizer Bunny and the Taco Bell Chihuahua.

Stepping into Clow’s shoes is Duncan Milner, another Apple creative. TBWA is Apple’s main ad agency, and Clow remains its Chairman.
Clow was recently featured in the movie “Art and Copy.”
