GLOBAL – SEPTEMBER 05, 2011: The magnificent Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles is bathed in gold for the latest Dior campaign. The last-minute guest is actress Charlize Theron, who returns as the muse for the J’adore fragrance from the legendary fashion house.

The spot orchestrated by TBWAPARIS channels icons of old Hollywood such as Marlene and Marilyn to lend glamor to the atmosphere–not that it needed much more.
 
Mysterious teaser videos were seeded in the international blogosphere for several days before the launch last night.

"Our wish was to make everyone take part in a timeless, mythical and contemporary adventure,  embodying the values of Dior. To help us achieve this task between dream and reality, we have chosen to put our trust into the hands of filmmaker JeanJacques Annaud, who has risen to the challenge in a most remarkable way," says Guillaume Pannaud, CEO of TBWAPARIS.
