SINGAPORE – 15 May 2020 – Leading Australian winery Wolf Blass has launched a guide on recipes of Southeast Asian sauces, along with some takeout tips to elevate home dining experiences, as more and more people need to stay home.

The guide contains three easy-to-replicate sauce recipes such as butter curry, satay peanut sauce, and the widely popular salted egg yolk sauce. These recipes need just five ingredients and can be cooked with a variety of proteins.

Each sauce also comes with a recommended wine pairing and a guide to help consumers when setting their dining table, along with some suggested topics to discuss during the meal to liven up the atmosphere.

The guide was conceptualized by Wunderman Thompson Singapore, following the “Find Your Flavour” regional campaign with the Michelin Guide, which hoped to educate diners about matching Wolf Blass Gold Label wines with Asian cuisine, also with a focus on sauces.

Wunderman Thompson had worked closely with Michelin-starred restaurant chefs and observed that food in the region tended to be more sauce-heavy compared to Western cuisines, which formed the insight underpinning this campaign.

“Wunderman Thompson has been a fantastic agency partner who led the Wolf Blass’ ‘Find Your Flavour’ campaign seamlessly, from broad strategic ideation to the actualization of a series of integrated activations. We hope this new guide encourages consumers to try pairing wines with their favorite local flavors whilst they spend this time at home,” said Lucie Rudd, marketing manager, SEA at Treasury Wine Estates.

The campaign will be featured on Facebook and Instagram, while all recipes and setting guides can be found on the Find Your Flavour microsite: www.wolfblassfyf.com/iconicrecipes
