MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Bolstering their already stacked talent pool, digital independent agency Propel Manila and their content creation house Elesi Studios are proud to announce their five new leadership hirings.

Propel Manila adds new Business Unit Director June Castelo to its accounts team, Associate Creative Director Red Cajucom to its creatives department, and Data Director Karlo Kleto to its data arm.

June has 15 years of advertising expertise under her belt. Grabbing notches from different award-winning agencies while handling some of their biggest FMCG, retail, real estate, alcohol, and tobacco clients. She’s well-trained on strategy with some minor copywriting on the side and she quickly rose up the ranks garnering acclaim from local and regional clients!

Red adds 11 years of experience as a creative. With a penchant for thought-provoking stories and digital innovations, he lends his expertise to Propel’s major brands like Unilab, CDO, and AXA.

Karlo leads the data team after starting his humble career as a writer, he worked his way up to director for creative strategy until making the switch to Propel’s new data director.

Meanwhile, Elesi Studios finds its business unit director in Donna Col-long and associate creative director in Marcel Lacap. Donna brings 19 years of experience in advertising, PR, production, events, and shopper marketing. She joins the passionate team ready to elevate the digital production house.

Rounding up the new additions, Marcel is an award-winning creative fresh from representing the country in the 2022 Cannes Young Lions competition. He will surely give the Elesi Creatives team an edge in their pursuit of even more silverware.
